Santa's Gift review

Can Santa give the gift of true love?

Cumming, Georgia journalist Jessica Holland isn't feeling the joy of the holiday. Recently dumped by someone she didn't even love, she's more fa la la la blah than fa la la la la. So when her best friend Ashley forces her to sit on Santa's lap at the local mall, the Scrooge in her comes out.

Jessica doesn't believe in Santa - that silly myth is only for children.

Or is he?

When Santa tells Jessica he'll give her whatever she wants for Christmas and that she'll finally believe in his magic, she asks for the one thing she knows he can't give. She asks for true love.

But can Santa make that happen? (Synopsis from goodreads)

Review

A short story from the collection titled Merry Chick Lit, this is a fantastic start to get inspired for Christmas. A funny and heart warming encounter that will have you believing in true love and the magic of Christmas. I adore this author's comedic writing and her main character easily connect with the reader. If you are feeling a bit like scrooge this will certainly brighten your spirits. I received a copy in exchange for an honest.
